While the typical production time for a seduxury’s manufacturer or suppliers of love doll is between 3 to 5 weeks, it’s important to note that dolls with high levels of customization may take longer than usual. Custom features such as specific body types, facial details, skin tones, and other personalized elements can extend the production process. We strive to deliver the highest quality, which may require additional time for these customizations. However, in certain situations, we may offer expedited production to accommodate your specific needs. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring you receive a premium product that meets your expectations.

In-Stock Dolls
For all in-stock items, we strive to ship your order within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
Custom-Made Dolls
For custom-made dolls, delivery time depends on the manufacturer and the level of customization. Any item that does not include “In Stock” in the product name will be custom ordered. Below are the estimated shipping times from various carriers:

Factors such as Chinese holidays, snowstorms, rainstorms, or unexpected events like COVID-19 may extend delivery times. Package Trackings
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. We recommend that you monitor your package’s tracking to ensure a smooth delivery process and to quickly identify any issues, such as suspension of tracking or missing items.
Generally, your package will be shipped directly to your location via FedEx or UPS, providing you with quick updates on your shipment status. You can track your package at any time during its journey.
In certain cases, we may transport your package via airplane to your country. After clearing customs, FedEx or UPS will handle the final delivery, and tracking information will be updated. Initially, the tracking number may only show that the shipping label has been created, with no further logistics data available. We kindly ask for your patience during this time and assure you that we take full responsibility for your order.
Delivery Change
Pick Up: If you prefer to pick up your package from a FedEx/UPS store, please provide us with the address before shipment. We recommend calling the store ahead of time to confirm that they accept pickups to avoid any issues with invalid or refused deliveries.
Change Shipping Address: To avoid any issues, please confirm your shipping address is correct before shipment. If you need to update the address after the package has been dispatched, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you.
Change Delivery Time/Hold On: If you are unable to receive the package at the estimated time, you can directly contact the courier to arrange for a more convenient delivery date. You will receive detailed instructions from the courier when your order is processed and shipped.

Check Your Package
Upon receiving your package, it is essential to thoroughly inspect each item to ensure there is no damage. If the package box appears to be compromised, take clear photos or videos immediately. Even if the carton appears undamaged on the outside, we recommend unboxing and checking the contents. If you notice any damage, please document it with photos or videos. In some cases, you may need to help file a claim with the shipping carrier if the doll is damaged during transit.

Package Issues:
If you experience any of the following issues with your package, please report them to us immediately:
- Incorrect Package: If the doll you receive looks significantly different from the factory photos or website, please provide an unboxing video showing the full doll, including the body, head, shipping label, and outer package. We will investigate and arrange a replacement.
- Damaged Dolls: If the doll is severely damaged, file a claim with the shipping carrier upon receipt. Depending on the severity of the damage, we will either replace the item or provide a repair kit for minor damage.
- Missing Package: If the tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact UPS or FedEx immediately to file a claim. We add an adult signature service for most packages to reduce the risk of misdelivery.
