Custom Dolls: Production for TPE dolls typically takes 2-3 weeks, with delivery ranging from 7-15 days. Silicone dolls require a longer production time of 4-8 weeks, with shipping taking 7-15 days as well.

In-Stock Dolls: If the doll you ordered is in stock, it will ship within 2 business days. In case the item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email.

Returns for adult products are generally not accepted. However, we may consider a return if the doll is in brand new, unused condition and HAS NEVER BEEN OPENED. After verifying that the package is in good condition, we will process a refund for the remaining amount, minus applicable fees such as the shipping and restocking fees.
